The human nose can detect at least 1 trillion different odors — all because it’s connected to a human brain. Our platform emulates that system: the unique sensor gathers and sends data to a sophisticated Al engine for analysis. And this ‘brain’ keeps getting smarter all the time, allowing Noze to monitor and predict changes and detect even the smallest nuances.

What does Noze have in common with NASA? It was their innovations that our early foundation was built on. In 2015, after learning that NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) had a technology that could help us turn our vision into reality, we went knocking — and soon secured a worldwide exclusive license for the patents.

The digital noses of the past could only work in one place: the lab. But we wanted a digital nose that could deal with the complexity and unpredictability of smells in the real world. So we taught our tech to differentiate and isolate signal from background scent noise. Our digital nose can detect, identify and track odors in everyday environments with unsurpassed accuracy.

We're a team of scientists, technologists, engineers, and entrepreneurs. And while our skill sets and backgrounds couldn’t be more different, we share a single mission: to help people and the planet by giving the sense of smell to devices all over the world. Our journey in olfactory technology began in 2015 when our founder Dr. Ashok Masilamani knocked on NASA's door with a bold idea. It’s been one hell of a ride, and we can’t wait to see where it takes us.
